On behalf of the Organizing Committee for the 15th IEEE Asia-Pacific 
Circuits and Systems Conference (IEEE APCCAS 2019), I cordially invite 
you to participate in the conference event which will be held in 
Bangkok, Thailand on November 11-14, 2019.

IEEE APCCAS 2019’s theme is “Innovative CAS Towards Sustainable Energy 
and Technology Disruption,” and is organized in conjunction with the 
IEEE Asia Pacific Conference on Postgraduate Research in 
Microelectronics and Electronics (PrimeAsia 2019) creating a great 
opportunity for postgraduate students (Masters and PhD) to present their 
research works and to interact closely with scientists and engineers in 
the research community and industry. All participants will have an 
opportunity to experience the following traditional APCCAS sessions: 
Keynote Speeches, Tutorial, oral and poster paper presentation that 
includes special and regular sessions.
